AWS Webinar - Creating a Culture of Innovation

Creating a Culture of Innovation

Brought to you by CODiE Awards lead sponsor, Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Continuous innovation means more than incremental change—it’s an evolution of mindset, culture and execution. Since its start in 1994 as a “garage startup,” Amazon has innovated across e-commerce, venturing into high growth areas like Amazon Web Services (AWS), Prime, Alexa, Kindle Echo, Fire TV, Prime Video and Amazon music. They continue to redefine our daily digital lives. How?

Join Victoria Condron, Principal Digital Innovation Lead at AWS, for a deep dive into Amazon’s unique approach to innovation and how “working backwards” can ignite a new spark for your organization.

Throughout the session, participants will engage in a robust dialogue on how to organize for innovation and set the foundation for new ideas. Our speaker will describe Amazon’s leadership principles, growth flywheel, mental model, and this approach sets the foundation for the new ideas Amazon brings to market.

Who should attend? Leaders, technologists, and aspiring innovators. If you are working to develop, deploy or market customer-centric products and programs- this is a session you won’t want to miss!
