TORRANCE, CA February 6, 2018 – Bobit Business Media (BBM) announced it has acquired four auto dealer-related properties from MG Business Media – Agent Entrepreneur and Providers & Administrators, P&A Leadership Summit and Compliance Summit. These media brands and events target the gatekeepers of finance and insurance products sold into car dealerships, the general agents, who are a critical extension of most F&I technology and product providers – acting as both sales representatives and dealer consultants.
The four newly acquired properties add to the four BBM has in its Dealer Group – Agent Summit, F&I Industry Summit, F&I and Showroom, and Auto Dealer Today. “The addition of these events and media brands means that we can really work together to create the perfect environment for helping agents and dealers develop even better relationships for improving product knowledge and a great customer experience,” said Ty Bobit, president and CEO of BBM. “We also gain a stellar audience database that strengthens our existing events.”
Tampa, FL-based MG Business Media’s David Gesualdo will lead the BBM Dealer Group with 100 percent focus on integrating the portfolio of events and media brands.
“Bobit’s ownership of these eight dealer-related properties is exciting because we are now truly able to market attractive integrated packages to leading providers of auto dealer technology,” stated David Gesualdo.
