Sterling Woods Interviews Medium's Caitlin Roman About Their New Membership Program
Rob Ristagno of Sterling Woods Group posts some excellent content on his blog. In his most recent post, he wrote: "Early last year, Medium CEO Ev Williams declared the current media model broken, pointing out how ad-based publishing tends to encourage clicks more than high-quality content creation. In March, Williams announced Medium would launch a membership program designed to offer subscribers a better reading experience. Thus Ristagno had a sit-down with Caitlin Roman, subscriptions product manager for Medium, and produced an interesting Q&A.
Bodnar Passes Torch at Kiplinger's Personal Finance
Mark Solheim became editor of Kiplinger's Personal Finance magazine earlier this year, replacing Janet Bodnar, who retired as editor but will continue her association with Kiplinger as editor-at-large, writing the Money Smart Women column she introduced last year.

"I can say without reservation that you won't find a better source of financial advice than the magazine and Kiplinger.com. In today's hyper-partisan world of fake news, 30-second sound bites and shrieking headlines, Kiplinger's stands for trustworthy advice impartially delivered, and that tradition of civility will continue."
