Higher Logic Acquires Informz and Real Magnet 

Higher Logic, an industry leader in cloud-based community platforms, has acquired Informz, Inc. and Real Magnet, Inc., two leading marketing automation software companies—and SIPA members. This acquisition accelerates Higher Logic's plans to use broader customer and member interactions as the cornerstone of a lifecycle engagement platform.

SIPA member Berkery Noyes served as the exclusive financial advisor to Real Magnet, and Madison Park Group served as the exclusive financial advisor to Informz on these transactions.


Industry Dive Acquires ConstructionPro Network 

Industry Dive has acquired ConstructionPro Network, an online resource center for owners, contractors, and project managers to make better decisions, lead improved project outcomes, and thrive in today's challenging construction environment.

Since its launch in 2003, originally as a construction claims information newsletter, ConstructionPro Network has maintained its expanded mission to provide valuable news and insight on the construction industry surrounding legal issues, green building, LEED, project controls, BIM, scheduling, contract documents and project management.

"We are honored to continue the pertinent conversation around construction project management and welcome the members of ConstructionPro Network into our community of more than five million business executives," said Sean Griffey, CEO of Industry Dive.

Panoptic Media Marketing Acquires Interstate Sign and Light 

Panoptic Media Marketing Inc. has formally acquired Interstate Sign and Light, a leader in architectural sign installation, manufacture and service. (This occurred in May.)

The deal supports Panoptic Media's ambition to expand its innovative range of marketing service products across North America.
