AM&P Forum Policies

The Association Media & Publishing member Forum is available to Association Media & Publishing members and is among our most popular benefits. It is a great way to get insight, advise and inspiration from your peers in organizations of all sizes. 

The AM&P forum should be used solely for matters related to association media and publishing. This Forum exists for members to freely and readily explore ideas and gather helpful information.

Association Media & Publishing’s AM&P Forum User Agreement

By subscribing to Association Media & Publishing’s Forum, the user accepts the following rules and conditions of participation: Persons posting messages to the Forum are solely responsible for the content of their messages.

  • The user agrees not to distribute any content through the Forum that is abusive, libelous, copyrighted, defamatory, obscene, pornographic or otherwise in violation of any law.
  • The user agrees not to use the Forum for commercial purposes, i.e., solicitations or the like.
  • The user agrees not to initiate and/or participate in discussion of topics that are not related to issues that concern Association Media & Publishing and its members.
  • The user recognizes that all subscribers receive all messages and replies and agree to use a private message when addressing a single individual.
  • The user agrees not to use the Forum to transmit attachments such as documents, sound clips or the like.
  • The list owner (Association Media & Publishing) does not and cannot review every message posted to the list and is not responsible for the content of any message.
  • The list owner (Association Media & Publishing) does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any information posted to the list.
  • These conditions and guidelines are subject to change by the list owner (Association Media & Publishing).
  • The list owner (Association Media & Publishing) reserves the right to remove any user found in violation of Forum conditions and guidelines.

Join the Forum

In some cases subscription to the Forum is subject to the Association Media & Publishing’s Board of Directors approval. Members may subscribe by filling out our application.

The application must include a valid email address for addition to the Forum. Upon receipt, Association Media & Publishing staff will review the Forum Policy and User Agreement, verify membership and add eligible subscribers to the list. Forms are typically processed in one to two business days.
