SIIA Announces Education Technology Finalists for 2020 Product CODiE Awards

157 education technology and service products recognized in peer-reviewed awards program

WASHINGTON, D.C. (March 30, 2020) –  Since 2006, the Education Division (ETIN) of SIIA has offered a platform for dozens of successful products and companies to present their efforts to improve education through the use of software, digital content, and related technologies. Given our 14 year history in providing opportunities for innovators, we are pleased to announce this year’s recipients.

Innovation Showcase 2.0 identifies and supports entrepreneurs in their efforts to bring innovative learning technologies to the education market. ETIN looks at the Innovation Showcase 2.0 as our chance to give back to both the industry and the participants, who are aspiring EdTech entrepreneurs.

“For the past 14 years, ETIN has recognized the value of championing startups, helping these companies learn the EdTech industry, and connecting them with leaders,” explains Jill Abbott, Sr. Vice President and Managing Director. “Given the current circumstances, it is even more crucial to support innovation and future leaders in EdTech.”

The 2020 Recipients include:

  • Abre.io, Abre Community Engagement Solution
  • Immersed Games, Tyto Online
  • Infini-D Learning, Infini-D Lab
  • Innive, Innive K12 360°
  • Loose Canon, Loose Canon
  • Muzology, Muzology
  • Universal Gamers Amateur Association, Universal Gamers Amateur Association
  • Vubble, Discovery Box: Smart Video

Innovation Showcase 2.0 goes beyond a typical accelerator or incubator boot camp for startups, and helps to establish all participants as future leaders in this market, directly connecting them to industry stalwarts, experts and decision makers with a vast array of expertise, resources, and guidance to share.

A chance to hear these companies pitches, hold conversations, and meet these companies will occur during the virtual 2020 EdTech Industry Conference May 19-June 11.
