Constantine Costopoulos
Constantine Costopoulos aka. “Kosta” is a dedicated digital services professional with over 20 years of experience. His career started as a Webmaster for United Airlines, managing the airline’s international websites on 1999. Thereafter he continued his career in the Entertainment Industry with Discovery Channel as a Digital Content Producer, Sony Pictures Television as its Digital Media Director for Latin America and Brazil, and he now holds a position at HITN as Digital Services Manager.

Amongst his accomplishments, Constantine has launched Sony’s first OTT service in Latin America and Brazil for Canal Sony and Canal AXN, following an SVOD business model. He directed and implemented second screen applications for the premieres of Hannibal and Mexico’s Next Top Model and pioneered Alexa Skills for emerging markets in Latin America for Discovery Channel and the Food Network and created the first Google Assistant app for the aforementioned brands in the Latin America & Brazilian markets.

Hannah Quay-de la Vallee
Hannah Quay-de la Vallee is a Senior Technologist at the Center for Democracy & Technology. While she brings her technical expertise to bear across CDT’s projects, she is primarily focused on the Student Privacy project, dedicated to ensuring students are able to maintain the privacy of their data while still reaping the benefits of advances in educational technology. Hannah received her PhD in computer science from Brown University in 2017. For her dissertation, she designed and built tools that help users better manage privacy on their mobile devices.
